PRESIDENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The President facilitates all general meetings of the club; Committee, AGM, Special, General & Executive and works in conjunction with the Executive Committee in managing the club. The President represents PDS at all BWA meetings; President Meetings, BWA and AGM etc. |

VICE PRESIDENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Works alongside President in all areas. Will attend & run meetings as needed, in the absence of the President |

SECRETARY'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepares committee meeting agenda, takes minutes for all general meetings of the club. Collects, collates, prints and distributes reports from committee members. Reads, replies to and files club correspondence. Maintains all club records and legal documents such as club rules, leases, titles and common seal. |

REGISTRAR'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains Club membership database, responsible for establishing and sending registration links, lodging clearances and overseeing club registration days. Ensures all players are registered with BWA |

TREASURER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for keeping the club’s financial records in accordance with the Constitution and Club By-Laws. Banking all funds received by the club, pay all accounts incurred by the club promptly and prepare a monthly report for the committee. Invoicing all players from all codes, ensuring all fees are paid. |
